We have 2 dedicated trainers that currently produces
consistent winners of Singapore Kennel Club (SKC) organised
advanced obedience and agility trials. Our 10 week training
course will cover all aspects of basic obedience that
comprises of skills every dog should have to be a delightful
pet within the family.
We believe that all dogs can be trained, given a chance;
they will be your ever faithful companion.

The basic course comprises of:
| 1) |
Walking with the owner/handler without pulling
on the leash. |
| 2) |
Sitting beside the owner every time the
handler comes to a stop, this is a safe exercise
for dog and owner when crossing the road or
when owner have a conversation while walking
the dog. |
| 3) |
The dog is taught to sit and stay. When
owner needs to run into the store to get something
where dogs are not permitted. |
| 4) |
Dog is also taught to lie down and wait,
if the owner thinks that he’ll be having
a cup of coffee and prefer the dog to lie
down rather then sit and wait |
| 5) |
Recalling the dog, how many times have
you seen owners calling for their dog and
only to have it running away from them? At
CD Trainers we emphasize on good recalls. |

We have low handler to trainer ratio which guarantees greater attention will be given to all handlers and their companions.
On the 10th week, an evaluation will be carried out to ascertain the teamwork of both handler and companion.
With our above programme, handler and companion would have gone through the entire requirement for participation in Pre-Novice and Novice class obedience trial organized by SKC. |
